Why are you covering the words "Misconduct" and "Underhandedness"in the petition letter? huh
Seems because the spellings were wrong

Probably another spelling error. Notice the use of "INVETIGATION" instead of "INVESTIGATION." If this is truly from the said barrister, then it screams carelessness!

ln addition, the Corrupt Magistrate should be stripped naked and flogged 500,000 lashes of Koboko laden with chilly pepper and dismissed from office, for bringing the administrative of justice to disrepute angry

The gif below 👇 is for all corrupt Judges in Nigeria

Why not dismissal? Which example are they setting when even a magistrate judge is this corrupt? Gross abuse of Judicial process and the courts are rife despite the CJN directive on resumption. Imagine those supposed to be abdicating on Judicial matters to be this corrupt. Nigeria is still far from political redemption.
more than 90% of judges in Nigeria are corrupt, unless those from deeper life or Mountain of life (religious folks, not denominations).

I worked with a judge for four years. I know these stuffs from experience.

Imo state is in turmoil because of wrong judicial interpretations.

Hope Uzodinma has no business being at the saddle of state affairs. But no thanks to the judiciary who brought him to power. He came 4th in the electoral process under APC. He didn't win.

But the Supreme Court under current Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kekekere Ekun, said he won under strange judicial interpretations where someone who came fourth in the elections became the winner and the first person the loser! That's the abracadabra that has set the tone for misrule and oppression in Imo state.

Such judicial somersault can not enthrone peace and equity in a country.

The Imo state Guber elections of 2020 must be revisited and kekereke Ekun and her shameless gang of jurists must be sanctioned.
Imo state is suffering because of judicial somersault.

Kudos to Dele Farotimi for being on the path of Truth!

This article is very poorly written. Readers need a background to this story and how it links to Chioma Okoli, who she is, how she is connected to the magistrate and how his actions affected all parties

That letter is not from the barrister, it is rather from the adjudicating unit in Nassarawa state informing the barrister of the steps taken based on his petition. Do you people even have brain like this?

From all the comments, I can say rightly Nigerians hate to read and lack intentional investigative desire to scrutinize what they read. The body of language and it's meaning, both contextual and literal, has no relationship whatsoever with the Chioma Okoli except it's written there and my eyes omitted it by mistake. The comments just follow the deception of the poster. You guys should do better, Only one person, ISHILOVE, truly read it.
It's nobody's fault that you live under a rock. How could one have missed all of the ruckus generated by the Chioma Egodi Vs Erisco situation?

If indeed you have the so-called 'intentional investigative desire' , the first question on your mind would be why is Nasarawa JSC writing a letter to Inibehe Effiong in the first place?

When you answer that question with the same intentional investigative desire, you will not be so confused and waiting to be spoonfed. 🤷🏾‍♂️
