Aswear this man na silent achiever. I was in Enugu and couldn't believe my eyes. Will you believe it if I tell that Enugu State government was instrumental to the tracking and release of a kidnapped Rev. Fr. in Anambra State.

Soludo is a monumental failure, a lousy professor that can do very well as a minister of information.
While many kidnapped along ugwuogo - OPI Nsukka road are still not rescued?

Peter Mbah is doing well, thank God the scam LP Edeoga didnt win
See! Edoga won the election. I was in Enugu and voted during the election. I witnessed the collation and counting, but still I am glad Peter Mbah was given the mandate to rule our blessed Enugu state. Even though Edoga is from my local government area, I cannot support that man, he would have been a calamity to Enugu state, just as he was during his tenure as the chairman of my local government.

This is suppose to be private investment from a credible investors.

Enugu State government should prioritize businesses that incorporate every level of individual into her fold.

Where are the rail systems that would be of benefit to common man?

Where are the affordable recreational center where all kids can go for a good time?

How about generating an electricity for Enugu state?

Hotels are owned by certain individuals and many would be shock to know that the biggest shareholders in this hotel are the top government official which is actually funded with state government money.

Only their children and relatives would be at the hotel siphoning money.

State officials would be living rent free because it belong to the state.

[s]Hotel? This is considered project over there[/s]🙄🙄

Governor building hotel in Enugu and everybody is praising him, let's make it down, before someone will say I am being tribalistic.
What is your definition of project?

The governor has many projects on his hands , renovation of this abandoned hotel is one of them, he recently completed the abandoned conference center, there is another international hospital project close to the conference center that was abandoned he is working on that too , with so many urban and rural road projects at hand

That's a five star hotel oga ... Not all this boutique hotels wey dey manage space. By standard the swimming pool is not supposed to be within direct view of the rooms cos of privacy....
Says okafor from nnewi who has never left his village
By what local standards?
.... Oga that pool is too distant from the hotel, it's not a golf course
5/7 star hotels have swimming pools on rooftops next to bars or underground the building if privacy is a consign.
The privacy you spoke off here in none to zero!

This your comment says it all, it's clear you've never been to a real five star hotel before . Any five star hotel that builds its swimming pool on roof tops or within the main building does that cos it does not have space not because it's the standard.
Go to transcorp Hilton
Sheraton Abuja n Lagos
Federal palace hotel
Eko hotel n suites etc all of this hotels have their swimming pool situated far away from the view of the rooms or the main hotel buildings...
For your info I am a senior personnel in the hospitality industry so I can lecture you about hotels n its standards..
