Yes but but cost... That 15A charger will be nothing Less than 15k - 20k. But 9k will DIY and still be reused for other voltage and purposes.

It should not... A lithium battery simply wants a Constant Voltage and a constant current. The good buck converter will do just that.

This won't last, those bulk converters are not that strong, both the charger and the converter will burn in no time when they are working at the peak of their current

Depending what you mean, almost all electronics come from China and if you do the right thing you get the right result. Laptop charger is charging the lithium ion of the laptop and it's not burning out. Good buck converter with the right ratings and heat sink still delivers. Well, like I said, it depends on what you mean. If you don't do it wrong thing it won't work.

Yes works well, though 12V...planning to do 24v.

but it's slow when charging, because I once use it.
It takes almost 10 hours to recharge an 80a Samsung 26j pack of 12v.

You aren't suppose to run them at their peak. The setup works, it's what I use.

Simply, I prefer it to regular charger.

I don't use laptop charger, I use switching power supply blocks like ones attached.

First it depends on the pattern of build i.e spot welded or copper wire(fused)

If it is spot welded,you have to dismantle to correct d error but in case of copper wire coupled one,it's easier.

One way of detecting faulty battery most time is which is generating excessive heat?

Self discharge by testing the battery voltage drop

It's recommended that test is carried out on the sells b4 coupling.
