Macaroni made the revelation while clapping back at an X user @OyesileJohn, who called him out for snubbing the Governor.

The user @OyesileJohn Twitted: “To d’ifa fun a certain Macarroni who, in an attempt to please the mob, snubbed the governor of Lagos state. Omo ase.”

The post, which has sparked a wave of reactions on social media, has many defending Macaroni for staying true to his values.

Responding to the user, the skit maker in a series of posts on his handle, noted that he would continue to snub Governor Sanwo-Olu.

“I will continue to snub your Governor. He doesn’t mean anything to me, neither do you or your father. I love that you slaves bring this issue up all the time.

“For every time you do, I will send you to your masters.”

Giving reason for his decision, Macaroni further explained that he can never mingle with the government that “stripped me naked, beat, tortured, brutalized and dehumanized me.”

Recounting his experience in detention, he said he was told by the police to “stop disturbing the governor.”

This "boy" called Macaroni feels so entitled and lacks self-awareness or emotional intelligence. Fight for your rights as individuals but know when not to cross the line in certain situations as part of your "war strategy." Balance is key in life. While reading an interview article about him just a few years back, I deduced that this entitlement and overzealousness is part of what led to the private University he attended to suspend him from academic activities.

Just two years ago (2023), I saw a video where he and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu exchanged greetings at a social event organized by Tony Elumelu. Babajide Sanwo-Olu was even the FIRST person to ask Macaroni jocularly in Yoruba in that video (which was posted right here on NL) if he would not greet him and Macaroni bowed his head and greeted back. To me, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu showed a great deal of love and humility for this young guy by reaching out to him first while shaking hands with other guests at the event.

Macorani's recent outburst here is childish, but again, that's his prerogative but he will learn the hard way. You can't continue to hold deep grudges against others (who have personally reached out to you) perpetually because that is DARK or NEGATIVE energy you are dissipating which even medical experts say based off of credible research increases the occurrence of terminal diseases and shortens your life span. Period.


From the video evidence right below, he wasn't stripped fully NAKED like he falsely posted online. His shirt and that of others were removed to allow fresh air in.

From Mama Kuti to Fela Kuti, Abiola, Chief Gani Adams, and others, they know how to stand their ground and speak up without resorting to killings or violence. They're always offline fighters. Unlike me and you, who are stuck behind keyboards.😀
