I make roughly 500k-700k on average monthly but I am not really comfortable...
Don't mind all the motivational speakers here advising you to manage that small money.

Just resign from that low paying job and look for a better one.

You have a good taste and no employer should tamper with that

By the way, introduce somebody else to your employer before you leave your company so that the person can be helping you small small before you get a new fantastic job.

Las las, you'll become Dangote soon.

Try to live under your income, save some of the money then after due diligence invest one tenth of the savings. Then buy real estates with documents to back them. Trust God.
una de shout real estate.. how much is a plot of land. and how long will it take to use his one tenth to buy that plot

Okay Boss what i mean is after living under one's income by cutting expenses, then one can save some money, then out of the savings one can invest in a good venture and after making money from the venture or ventures one should invest in real estates because they appreciate in value over time.

I do not party

Send my mom her weekly upkeep and assist my fiancée

Yet I struggle to have a reasonable savings by end of the year

So what will you say about that?
If you don't do all that and yet you can't save up as little as it can be( aside family support going out from you), then brother you lack financial discipline.

You're simply living above your means.
Do you invest in assets and what do you have in your savings right now, can your emergency funds if you have one sustain your lifestyle for the next 6 months if (God forbid) you loss your source of income today? first thing first, check where your money is going to and cutdown all unnecessary expenses. Then have a monthly budget you always work with.

even if you cook at home, u will still spend that much on food
i bought tomatoes and pepper and oil and onions and meat for 7k.. i have bought extra fish and another meat of 6k i made stew and i am still eating it since 1 january. i had to even divide the blended tomatoe paste to make the stew twice.. if you buy in bulk.. you would most likely spend less on food in a month.. imagine buying half goat for 30k with it you make 3 different soups with just say 10k.. you can eat that for 3 weeks and.. definitely. over the months.. you would spend less on food..

Yes Boss...because no matter where you are in life try to live under what you can afford. This does not mean living malnourished or in penury or poverty but living moderately and choosing the simple healthy and fun life. This will enable some savings to be made no matter how small. As the savings grow we learn different businesses or ventures well and then we can remove a small fraction of our savings to just try and see. If it works we learn more and increase our investments gradually. Over the upcoming years it will grow then we can make further investments in fixed or more viable assets for our old age and even our seeds whether born now or unborn.

I earn 500k as a wife and my husband earns 200k.
I support in rent, pay school fees as they don't attend most expensive schools but have the best training from myself and the dad to back them up academically. Cook without waiting for money from my husband and don't ever complain at any time. We are here to help each other not a liability to one another.
I solely subscribe for entertainment at home with unlimited data and I am still able to save up to 250-300k monthly after paying my mum salary and helping some family members for the month.
I have a car but only drive when it's important for me and us as a family.

In all, nobody can help you spend your money. Your wants needs to be worked on.
Shalom.
Your home is a blessing, MA.

That is more than an annual salary of a private school teacher.
If you redesign your life style and calibrai your expenses, you can even save from that amount, unless you are a family man.
Hustle harder for you may not get another opportunity like this.
