In this airstrikes, 25 bandits were killed, 7 victims were freed, unfortunately there were collateral damage, mostly some vigilantes. It is rather shocking that people who supports IDF who kill Hamas and deliberately killing Palestinian civilians as collateral damage are the same people condemning our military who does not deliberately target civilians but sometimes these things happen. You hate your country for killing terrorists but hail Isreali Army killing Palestinian civilians, you need to check your brain. |

If Nigerian army or military can not be attaching video or pictorial evidence of those dead bandits, it's really going to be hard for Nigerians to really believe them. |

Kudos to the Nigerian Military for successes recorded against banditry and terrorism. They should also identify the bad eggs in the Military and distill them. We're hoping for a day these greedy mindless killers will leave our country. |

Its painful there will be collateral damage. These terrorists must be slaughtered faster than they can recruit. It will be hard but possible. Some so called civilians also quickly metamorphosed to bandits. If killed, their family and loved ones claim civilian. In a recent report we had a member of civilian Joint task force supplying food and maggi to his brother in Boko haram camp. If such brother is killed in air bombardment, the brother will be claimed as innocent civilian. Its like going to Nigeria prison, majority will claim they did not commit the crime, they were all robed and imprisoned wrongly, but the truth is otherwise. |

On March 28 of that year, armed terrorists bombed the passenger train traveling from Abuja to Kaduna and opened fire on passengers. Ten people were killed, and the attackers abducted at least 61 passengers. On 5 July, the Boko Haram breakaway faction Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) led a successful attack on a well-secured prison in Nigeria's capital, Abuja. The group shot its way into the Kuje Medium Security Custodial Centre after overpowering security guards in a well-coordinated assault , freeing hundreds of terrorists from the prison. 7 Dec 2023 — More than 120 civilians killed in two military air strikes on a religious gathering near Kaduna in northern Nigeria Nigerian Air Force (NAF) airstrikes intended to target armed groups such as Boko Haram, ISWAP, Ansaru, Lakurawa, and bandits, have inadvertently caused harm to civilians and their properties, eroded public trust in the military, and exacerbated instability. The frequency and recurrence of these mishaps, along with the mounting civilian casualties, raise critical concerns about the factors driving the incidents and whether they are genuinely accidental or incidental. |

North is now waking up, years back they would have been shouting that federal government is killing their people. You can’t fight a war against terror without collateral damages. Minimizing the damages while maximizing the fight against terror should be the way forward. |

zero8zero:Is everything okay at home? You are even contradicting yourself. It exonerates IDF of intentional killings. If our own military can't take down bandits inside our own borders in wild and uninhabited fields without collateral damages then what about IDF fighting cross border on multiple fronts in a congested and densely populated place? |
