Left to me...nobody is left out of this tax. It's just a matter of time b4 we all realised we did wrong. No doubt tax is inevitable and sacrosanct but then let get the true picture and know where we are headed.
In time to come both Nigeria and the so called developed countries will not be a safe haven for the struggling man but for the elite, then we shall know many are born slaves both home and abroad.

His employer would remove the tax from his salary before paying him
this is wrong in a country where labor law is weak. Many employers will exploit this to their advantage. It is better the way it is cos I see no exemption as employees will still pay tax this time even higher

That Tax reform Chairman Sabi hin job! BAT get eyes!
I am.not surprised he is sound.
Someone who has been doing this same thing for 22 years with Price Water House Coopers (PWC), an Advisory Council Member with Harvard.

No doubt he knows his onions.

I pray the Northern governors allow him deliver on his mandate, I perceive those guys are spoilers.
People wey no read something yet were so quick to disapprove it claiming it will further impoverish the Northern People.

Baba you are funny.

Their case is like that of person wey meet Cow already slaughtered for road. He didnt have to struggle to buy or kill it. His own is to just cut as much as he wants.

Our nation runs one of the most stupid systems of government that encourages laziness and complacency.

How can a state that is not productive be going home with so much allocations , even above an economically viable state.

See, some state can not survive 2 months without the monthly allocation from the center.

And this is what Tinubu is trying to address.
He wants to change the narrative.
He wants to change the status quo.

Them never sew anything, the Tinubu that I know will achieve it.
Only that he might have to sacrifice his 2nd term ambition.
Even that one, when the time comes, he knows how to hijack, snatch and run with it. Lol. No be today something.
When he wanted to get rid of the big elephant in the room, subsidy, all he needed to do was to grab his mic, lick it and PROCLAIM, SUBSIDY IS GONE.
As una shout reach, did he bulge ?
No no send you.
He no send any body papa.

Those governors amaze me.
Very lazy set of people.
One of them openly said, he hasn't read the document, that even if he reads it, he won't agree to it.
Imagine!.
To read na wahala.
Very mentally lazy privileged folks.

We want to save your Hen from death she is busy crying they wouldn't allow her go eat on the dump.

Tueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh
