My experience with adeward on this project is the worst experience since I started my project, unfortunately I have committed myself before I saw the post someone posted about him some months back but I decided to give him a chance to correct his mistakes which he failed,this guy is not a professional after paying him 98% of his money he failed to deliver a quality job and with damages worth over 1.3 Million Naira (maybe more) which my engineer Aventures,my electrician Topsy and a Nairalander akerewe can testified to all this claims, some current pictures of the job attached and more to come I personally will not recommend this guy to anyone

This normal Hip Roof with Long Span Aluminum covering.

Ask for Long Span Aluminum, 0.45mm or 0.5mm gauge.

SARAP is 50k

PS: I plea for Professionalism and not someone interested in building a mashion off one job.

My brother the material is 100% NIGALEX I bought the material directly from the company myself,this guy is just a quack window fabricator, there's even more damages than what I posted but don't worry I will be posting more pictures of his bad job please stay tuned.
I will advice people to please do their due diligence on this guy

Good evening all,please I would like to get an estimate for fencing a plot of land 50 by 100
I want to make use of raft up to 4 ft because it’s a little
bit wet land with buildings before and after it
It’s fenced from one side already
So the fence is only for two sides
Land is located in ph

Honestly the setback requirement for approval on half plot in Lagos state is something that needs to be reviewed in my humble opinion.

On this design myself and the client (A honorable member of this thread) really worked together to achieve this

Ajia is mo more remote area, with newly constructed road that leads to airport, on-going over head bridge, Air force and circular road. Ajia is now expensive
