1. Every child should be entitled to free and compulsory education (plus free school feeding programs) till they reach the secondary school level. Parents should be arrested for not educating thier children.

2. Philosophy and critical thinking should be taught from primary schools till they finish the secondary.

3. Classes on Emotional Intelligence EQ, should be included in our curriculum from primary schools. ( Some countries are already doing it)

4. Enhanced Border Patrols: Increase surveillance at borders to prevent the inflow of arms and terrorists.

5. International Collaboration: Collaborate with neighboring countries to tackle cross-border terrorism.

6. Sensitization Campaigns: Educate the public on recognizing and reporting suspicious activities.

7. Media Campaigns: Use media to promote peace and counter extremist narratives.

8. Poverty Alleviation: Create economic opportunities to reduce the allure of recruitment into terrorist groups.

9. Youth Engagement: Provide skill acquisition programs and employment opportunities for at-risk youth.

10. Technology Integration: Deploy drones, surveillance cameras, and AI-driven systems for real-time monitoring of hotspots.

11. Community Policing: Engage local communities to provide actionable intelligence.

12. Adequate Training and Equipment: Train and equip security forces (and Amotekun) with modern weapons and counter-terrorism tactics.

Two things that is most likely a possibility: if this had happened under the half salary man/former holiday minister, this discovery would never have been made or disclosed. I would say the South West is very lucky at this critical time to not have leaders who are stooges of the caliphate or sympathetic to their sinister agenda. This is why I'm particularly happy about the chess move governor Seyi Makinde made with the Alaafin of Oyo.
