What you seem to be suffering is what's known as Acute HIV infection. Basically, the rash, oral candida and increased staph load is a response to your T-cells taking a dip due to the HIV virus getting into your lymph nodes. Is your lymph nodes swollen?

You are not dieing, since it's not HIV, welcome on board.
Staphylococcus is hard to treat, however I will suggest the following
1. Avoid sex now, and improve on your hygiene, boxer, bedsheet, pillow cases should be washed.
2. First treat according to the sensitivity of the strain, and be careful because it can be resistant to the drug, treat with synthetic drugs and follow up with water based Native herbs.

What the boy needs to do is to first confirm that this is indeed HIV, then get on anti-retroviral drugs. Doing this will turn his HIV from a death sentence to a chronic condition, like BP or diabetes are chronic conditions.

Go to a good lab and do some tests. Take the results to a doctor and get prescription. You will be okay
It is adviceable to do tests in labs, not in the hospitals. Good labs have professionals with experience. Some hospitals use fresh med lab graduates.
