Release freak-off tapes to the public - Diddy tells court



Sean “Diddy” Combs has formally requested that Judge Arun Subramanian permit the public release of a series of videos, colloquially referred to as “freak offs.”



Combs’ legal team asserts that these videos will unequivocally establish their client’s innocence.



According to Daily Mail, Combs’ lawyers have submitted a letter to Judge Subramanian, requesting that prosecutors produce the nine videos in question.



These videos have been described by prosecutors as “elaborate and produced sex performances” orchestrated by Combs.



However, Combs’ lawyers contend that the videos demonstrate “private sexual activity” between Combs and his former partner, Cassie Ventura.



Prosecutors had initially declined to release the videos, citing Ventura’s attorney’s request to protect her privacy. As a result, Combs’ lawyers were only granted supervised access to the videos in November and December. The defense team is now seeking unfettered access to the videos, which they deem essential in preparing their client’s defense.



The videos, according to Combs’ lawyers, unequivocally demonstrate Ventura’s enthusiastic consent and participation in the recorded activities.



The filing states: ‘These videos unambiguously show that the person alleged in the indictment not only consented by thoroughly enjoyed herself.



‘The recordings also directly refute the allegations that Mr. Combs kept these videos as “collateral”.



‘These recordings were not on Mr. Combs’ devices and were not seized from his homes.

Of everything I have read about this man's issue, I still have not seen any tangible offence he committed.

Unless any of the participants in the sexual activities are under the US age of consent, or they were forced, manipulated, or deceived into participating, it is difficult to see why 2 or more adults consenting freely to engage in sexual activities in private should be a problem.

Not that I am particularly interested in this or any other American palaver (we have too many of our own problems in this country), however, I will maintain a slight interest in seeing what evidence the prosecution finally presents.

From your response its obvious you have not been following the diddy story, it may be hard to prove in court that they did not consent, but that depends on their laws over there, however many artist has came forward that their drinks were spiked and many times diddy will ask his body guards to follow them(artist) to their hotel rooms, its like predator following a prey and waiting for the venom to tranquilize the prey sort off.
