How do one do the immune system strengthen program?

The only way out of staph is holistic approach using antibiotics initially and then following it up with minimum of 2 to 3 years immume system strengthen program to keep your body up to the task and flush it out. Staph hides deep inside your body that only your body can push everything out.

Without the above approach, you will suffer in pain. You will take a lot of antibiotics and then kill your gut flora (imbalance gut microbiome), then, fungi (yeast infection) will take over and that is why you will have whitish tongue most of the time. Down the line, you will face constant and prolonged chronic constipation and then, irritable bowel syndrome will appear. The road that path is very nasty.

White tongue? Almost certainly oral candidasis. Note that most HIV tests will return a negative result for about six months after exposure. What you seem to be suffering is what's known as Acute HIV infection. Basically, the rash, oral candida and increased staph load is a response to your T-cells taking a dip due to the HIV virus getting into your lymph nodes. Is your lymph nodes swollen?

Go to a good lab and do some tests. Take the results to a doctor and get prescription. You will be okay
It is adviceable to do tests in labs, not in the hospitals. Good labs have professionals with experience. Some hospitals use fresh med lab graduates.

How can one know a sexual health clinic? What do their signboards look like?

Go to the sexual health clinic and do a test. You have been infected with either HIV, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis or all three of them combined. Good luck.

What is staphylococcus, if its not an STI?

October is quite a long time. Even if you test her and she is positive with something, it may be she got it from an encounter after you had something to do with her. So it's pretty much useless.

Have you retested yourself after treating the staph? Staph is not really an STI so it doesn't just go like that.

I have done HIV test and it is not HIV. I also did a urine test and they said I had staphylococcus aureus which I treated.

Absolutely not. What I'm saying is that HIV weakens the immune system low enough for the staphylococcus that is already in your body to start multiplying. A non-compromised immune system will mostly have no trouble with keeping the staph in check, not that your immune system actually wipes it out completely but only keeps the staph load low enough to not cause any real problems. With a weakened immune system, this defense against the staph doesn't work as it ordinarily should, hence the staph infection.
