Have you seen the 4 stages of the ceasefire agreement? If you did and still say this, then something is wrong somewhere.

Apart from the first stage of the ceasefire, the remaining stages depends on Israel's discretion if it is satisfied with the previous stage to continue the next one per time. Essentially, Israel is the one controlling the ceasefire.

Lastly, there's no agreement as to whether it is hamas that will govern gaza. So hamas is only in charge of gaza in hiding as they've been in the last 15 months.
