Djyucee1:Boldness kill you there! The boldness that has not put financial Banks in a stable position during his reign as a former CBN governor. His boldness that made him to pay billions to Universities of his choice, without any authorisation from the Federal Govt, during GEJ Era,he became too arrogant to control but I blame the GEJ,he should have been put behind,to go and rest ! His boldness that destroyed the Intercontinental Banks, and other Banks, mostly the Southern Banks, with thousands of Job loses.because of his Political obsession with Other Legislatures in the govt then.e.g Union Bank almost got killed by those people he put,as they sold so many Choice Properties,in VI , Training School, Yaba,etc- to who?, without any accountability, but thank God- Tinubu restored the Banks back. The Financial Experts are waiting for his so called book on why he did those things and one reason he advanced is that he was ' Saving Shareholders Funds 'bla, bla, etc,he has been faulted on this on many occasions! He is a man that is using Religion as a cover, but full of antics in political shenanigans,so he should just keep quite otherwise, join the Full time Politics. He didn't tell us- who are the Credible people in 8- yrs of Buhari govt or let him Name the Credible people he wants, afterall,he put his credible people in those banks( Male and Female) but most of them could not deliver but full of disappointments 😞 Nonsensical talks everywhere! |

Nemere2020:This Emir before he was dethroned by the dollars governor how many policies did he put in place guiding and instructing those in Kano State to ensure that Kano State his home State is not riddled with miscreants, almagiri likes, youth unemployment, etc, etc....... Or is it to come tell us that he adviced his daughters that are married to slap their husbands back if the husbands ever slap them!!! I guess the Koran and other religious books that guide them teaches them to practice such. Emir SLS is very pained right now knowing fully well that the present Kano State governor and government can't truly dethrone Emir Ado. PBAT truly is the one who will put them in their respective places. God truly have a strange way of fighting the enemies of the land. They will all see shege and a new crop of leaders will emerge and the old will be discarded like waste. |

Softmirror:Sanusi is one of our best brains in this country. He is exceptional. He has been the one shouting this economic mismanagement by the Governments all along. He was the one that accused the same NNPC of never submitting any audited accounts for all their transactions for years. He was the one who raised alarm about how 25% of of Nigeria's earning is being used to service just the National Assembly. We know all these allegations led to his removal as CBN Governor and not that he was against Jonathan. |

Elusive001:No be only just May 28, 2023, he will retirun the country to but he will return it to the time just after Nigeria got independence from their colonial masters. I guess that time when the righteous ruled the people rejoiced and that was what led to the first and early coup by your mourning patriots. |

sulaak:This are all retrofits to save face ,each successive governments has been saving Nigeria from implosion, from going to extinction whenever they made poor economic decisions and we've never seen any improvement, Nigeria is a going concern that is not about to liquidate Tells us if your government has stopped borrowing because of their 'genius ' policies The revenue you are talking at what cost,it is just inflated by the high exchange rate Removing subsidy at that time and increasing how much the government sells forex was not a smart move It is clear the policies have no positive impact on the lives of people except the imaginary achievements that are not visible to anyone |

sulaak:was nigeria borrowing $30b specifically for fuel subsidy and FX control? how is it possible that Nigeria borrowed $30b on a budget of $30b? if corruption and wasteful government spending did not cause implosion, how was fuel subsidy and FX control going to cause implosion? |
| Re: Tinubu's Govt lacks credible people to explain their reforms - Emir Sanusi (vid by surgical: 8:27am On Jan 16, 2025 |
RhinoChest:subsidy is not a bad thing to give to the ,serious government all over the world subside one thing or the other for their people Tinubu just punished Nigerians for the corruption and inefficiency of government and they find good company in people like you, who think they are smart and try to justify the stupid wicked actions of government If government had stopped importation of fuel before Removing subsidy, there maybe no subsidy to remove, and prices maybe bearable, forex may even not be as high as it is because more than 40% if not 60% were used for importation of fuel , that would have been freed for other sectors If the government has also followed the suggestions in senator ned nwoko bill's before floating the naira, you will find out the actual demand for naira is far less than it is because of loop holes so the current value of the naira is false over exaggerated, if the we have the true value ,the economic activities in the country will reflect it but now it is subdued, Bottom line Tinubu put the cart before the horse,it doesn't portray him and his supporters as been smart |

surgical:Can you listen to the video well He was trying to say that Tinubu needed guys who can audibly, clearly, articulately preach robust message around the Reforms. He acknowledged the need for the reforms because he propagated it during his term as CBN governor. But, we need to understand that politics is a game. There many silent words he used in between the message; he said the government is his friend but they are not behaving like his friend. He expected the government to consult people like him to help model strategies on how to sell the reforms to Nigerians for them to calm down and support the reforms. He was just pouring his anger because the current government did not invite people like him for him. Government can not always invite everybody |

What advice does he want to give? He should focus on securing his throne that is if it really his. Did he not contribute to the collapse of banks like Intercontinental, Oceanic and the likes. Is he any better than the government he is criticizing.? Was it not a governor who shielded him from arrest? During GEJs time? |
| Re: Tinubu's Govt lacks credible people to explain their reforms - Emir Sanusi (vid by surgical: 9:03am On Jan 16, 2025 |
adexpa:The government has replied him, they did not see it the way you saw it Besides what other advice does he have that the government has not carried out,he is an apostle of subsidy removal and government has done exactly that but he did not think through the consequences of his advice now that the unpalatable consequences are here he wants to distance himself by trying to make the government feel that he posses other way to make the people reaction to be different but will not tell, that's a big lie,he has no such skills |

| Re: Tinubu's Govt lacks credible people to explain their reforms - Emir Sanusi (vid by sulaak(m): 9:30am On Jan 16, 2025 |
surgical:You want to continue fuel subsidies and FX control with what funds? Nigeria's external and internal debt is over $100 billion, with annual repayment of $12 billion. Maybe some FX control could have been retained, but removing fuel subsidies was necessary due to a lack of funds and corruption in the oil industry. How will you fund fuel subsidies and FX control? |

What's there to explain? Keeping 60% of what you generate should be something to celebrate if you're not a bunch of parasites. People who don't know what it is by now will never understand it even if it's taught as a course to them. The "north" is looking more and more a man who relies on inheritance, and like Yoruba say, "Eni gb'oju l'ogun fi ra e f'osi ta" meaning "one who puts his/her hopes on an inheritance subjects him/herself to poverty." It should have been 80% sef. The best thing is to divide this country or make regions autonomous like UK as we had before 1966. We should be discussing policing, the only thing that will bring security is if the police members go and serve where they will give anything to protect, and that's their mother's and grandmother's hometowns. |
