OP try study route eg to Turkey. The portal just opened for their gov sponsored full scholarship at all levels. I sent it to my pikin but she no take am serious. Do some research you will find it.

Try and find out requirement for nursing there and see if you can study and take exams for that and secure exit through employment route

Your social works degree can't do much for you, unless you are looking for PhD sponsorship in a country and they guarantee employment whilst studying or pay you for your PhD work like in Germany.

Russia is a good place you don't even need proof of funds. But I will advice you use their scholarship opportunities and save your money for other things. I will also advice to enrolled in Russia language center in lagos or Abuja. It will help you get better job once you enter especially Moscow.
Cost of living are cheaps despite the war. But if you dey among those wey dey fear war, channel your search to Czech Republic or Portugal.
