They were indeed EFCC officials but they invaded the residence like criminals. The incident happened in the outskirt of Ifite and the man in question is not even a Yahoo boy, but a businessman with a family.

He had opened fire, instantly killing one and injuring another before realizing they were law enforcement. The weapon is licensed by the way.

Except the government decides to oppress him by flying the yahoo boy narrative which he can comfortably debunk if the law gives him fair hearing, he will walk free on the legal viability of acting on a self-defense impulse.

You know the punchline? Motherfvckers scaled the fence to access the compound because they saw a venza and another classy vehicle parked inside.

As usual, they made hasty decisions on assumptions. Invaded an apartment in the Commissioner's quarters .

Now the dead officer has been taken to Sokoto for burial and the shooter's lawyer was already at the Police station even before the man was arrested and taken there. Turns out the man has even got some societal pull, so this case is as good as dead.
