I have a question, I funded my account with 102.99 usdt and it shows 102.99 usd in the total assests section but when I go the cards section I see 101.56 usd. Why the 1.43 usd difference?

It's not a pure sine wave Oga, did you test it with oscilloscope to confirm it's a pure sine wave? The common knowledge to know this is once you see the description "power inverter" boldly written on the metal cover instead of "pure sine wave" with the wave clearly drawn on it just know it's not a pure sine wave

I Experienced same last week. The card returned after sometime. You can try continuous refreshing the card page. That's what I did.

I just experienced this moments after I received a refund to the card, I chatted the customer care they told me to be patient they will work on it shortly. I do not know if this is a fraudulent gimmick or a rough play.

NB Eventually they have restored the card
