Why not open a Domiciliary account ?

Anyways if you already got your UBA USD prepaid account , why not ask your bank on how to fund it, or Buy Dollar from Aboki on the street, then fund it in the banking hall.

For your info, bank didn't sell to me so I contacted the aboki and he was in the mosque for the Friday prayer so I drove home to focus on other clients, and when I contacted him again he wasn't reachable so I needed to then get someone online to help as I have quite a huge sum to withdraw from PayPal.
