I want to understand what is different with what Nigerian Agencies do here.

I won’t the kind of our mentality here in this part of the universe.

Security apparatus or agency don’t close office and sting operations can happen any time after close investigation and monitoring

It all depends on the case. No security operative will raid someone's house at night over there because of fraud. Except if it is terror related.

Are you speaking from experience or exposure or movies?

They need training on arrest procedures. Some operators probably relying on voodoo bulletproof.
Intelligence is better than force....study the guy.

Call him to the bank and tell him someone sent a check with his name to withdraw his money, tell him he has to come in person before the check is cleared.

Send a delivery guy to his house for surveillance.

Send him beautiful girl when he is outdoors to chat him up.

So many ways to arrest someone, breaking into peoples house in areas with a lot of insecurity is not smart. If you break into my house. I will shoot you. I don't care who you are. When you meet God you can explain, if your explanation is good enough, he can send you back to earth.

Stupid question. Those people don't indiscriminately burst into ramdom people's home. Before they go, they already have warrants and investigation completed.

EFCC goes on random people's home, break in, harass people, beat people, accuse you and ask you to proof you're not a criminal

Until it happens to you, you won't understand.

The joke is on you. If they do it, they'll be sued. That shows it's not the norm. In Nigeria, it's the norm to break into people's homes, Abuse and assault them and destroy their property in search of who to extort. Or should we talk about the ones they do on the street?
