Hmmmm ... I wonder if the suspension is really about him marrying .... or him marrying to a woman? If it's really about not being celibate then hundreds of priests need to be suspended .... sooo many are not celibate ... they sleep with each other and countless "altar boys". Some joined priesthood because of their parents. So they can easily leave when the have such opportunity and enabling environment. I am aware of one that said his mother wanted to be called mama-father by all means. He ended up being a priest because of her.

And since he has not been officially released yet, even if he abandons his ministry, he is still a Priest though a erring one and must still be disciplined.

He has to be fully and officially released until then, he is still a Priest but an erring one.

If you know anything about the military that's even an earthly stuff and can't just go like that without being released, that would be an AWOL an you will be wanted.
