geoworldedu:Mtcheew! Cry me a river! Scream or shout all you want, no diasporan voice or force can save you. They have enough troubles and worries of their own. I don't know when you will wake up to the realization that those people never loved you. That's a dimwit's way of thinking. They're business people who roll with the highest bidder. Simple! |

placeofallure:I don't want their love. I just like the way they dole it out as it is. For the VP to reply her, it means it really had an impact on him. We need more of Kemi to keep doing the work. Placeof failure, keep failing. You are destined for failure. Mofo. |

Skooltynz:A lot of Nigerians don't understand international politics. There's a reason why western countries don't talk bad about their government on international stage. Nigerians that are celebrating her utterance have not reached international stage yet. When you start having international engagements, you will understand the power of these statements. Common airport security in broke Asian countries will look down and disrespect you because of the image you allow on yourselves. Your chances of heading any international body will keep getting Slimer and when you talk as a Nigerian on international stage, your words will not carry weight because no one takes you seriously because of things like these. She's a politician, she's doing the bidding of the west for selfish reasons tarnishing the image of the country and breaking the road for others in other fields but guys are here celebrating. You think all is well with other countries? But there's a reason they always try to appear good on international stage. But you won't get it now. If you travel to outside Nigeria do you like how the security treat you and ask a lot of questions just cos u are Nigerian? You think it started today! These statements have a way of affecting everbody .. not just leaders. Even scholarships will start omitting Nigerians due to some utterance but y'all think it's none of your business when your country is represented in bad light cos u think it's only the leaders that will be shamed. Y'all will not understand |

YourGFsnatcher:You are absolutely correct; many of the respondents lapping up her commentary simply do not understand how international politics work. These are folks who would sooner cut of their noses to spite their own faces. ![]() Not once did her predecessor, Rishi Sunak, single out India or Kenya/Tanzania (where his parents were born) for a derisory comparison during his time in office. But here we have our very own Auntie Jemima - one who likes to remind the world that she thinks like an engineer - providing skewed and fully decontextualised accounts of life in Nigeria. The streetz iz watching. |

Murketeer:Lol, you don't judge whether a country is rich or poor by the size of its economy. Large population and mineral resources can make a country to have a large economy yet such country can still be very poor. Classic example is Nigeria. It was the largest economy in Africa some years ago but we are no where among the richest in terms of GDP per capita. India is among the largest economies in the world due to its large population yet it's no where among the richest. Luxembourg is among the richest yet has some if the smallest economies. |
