The picture in the USA is more nuanced

Yes, Marijuana is legal, but not in all states.

39 states legalize.medical Marijuana (ie marijuana used with a doctor's prescription).

24 states legalize recreational marijuana.

You can get arrested if you.say.carry recreational marijuana into a state where it's use for recreational purpose is illegal.

Legalizing drugs is a whole other discussion.
Up until a few decades ago Marijuana was drug

Do you get the point now?

Whether is medicinal or recreational, they legalized it in many states and there's a limit to what amount you can have on your person

You should be able to connect the dots now

My earlier point was weed has been legalized, which means government taxes it, and they regulate the amount you can buy

I don't do drugs but the fact that they changed its name from hard drug to recreational / medicinal whatever doesn't mean weed isn't drugs
pure weed is not drug, so can you rate weed with the likes of cocaine, ice, colos, Bonza and the rest... Like I said pure weed is not a hard drug...

Someone can puff 2 wraps of colos and won't display madness whereas someone else can take a puff and die instantly

You can't judge everybody's tolerance with yours

I have seem people who took just one puff of Marijuana and nearly ran mad whereas some people have 15 wraps a day but it doesn't affect them

Go and Google it, lots of blckmen served up to 20 years for possession of weed

If it's not classified as drugs why did they get that much prison time?

Legalize this thing and control the supply, no matter how hard anyone tries, people who will seek drugs will seek it

About 25-30 years ago if any US police finds weed on you, you'll rot in peisn

Today it's legalized and people are buying Licence to farm and sell it

Violence will not end as long as it's still a competition

Common sense
This matter pass just weed o.
Control the supply and demand of hard drugs?
It's called 'hard drugs' for a reason.
There will be a complete breakdown of social order over time.
It's just not possible.

Alright!

There are countries I must visit before I grow old and die. My only mission in those countries is to go experience another definition of African beauty of the Caribbeans. I don't care about the crime rate, must tell my own story of those Dark Skin Queens.

Colombia, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, Mexico, Salvador and Barbados.

The aforementioned women are extremely beautiful and sexy. Even if after everything my throat got slitted, I still must have a taste of them all.
Your list isn't complete without Dominicans and Venezuelans. They are erotically beautiful. Once lived there and I can tell you for real.

weed and Cocaine are two worlds apart. Spare the cocaine in coke bs?
A cocaine addict is almost surely messed up for life, even several years after weaning, they are still susceptible. If youths less than 25 years with frontal cortex not fully developed starts taking cocaine, the brain is most likely fried forever.

Goodness!
Can Colombia ever have peace at all?
This Hispanophone country of South America has been ravaged by decades of armed conflict between rebel groups and government forces, which has killed thousands and displaced thousands more.
Fight for territory and trade routes between drug cartels also have been adding to the flames of war within the country.
And still the conflicts seem to have no end just like the war currently on in war torn Sudan.
Colombia is one of the hotspots of illegal cocaine and heroin trade in Latin America and lies at an important route with coasts both on the Caribbean arm of the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean.
Colombia has the third largest population of native speakers of Spanish language, with 51 million speakers.
Mexico has the biggest population of 130 million native speakers of Spanish.
The United States has the second biggest with 60 million native speakers.
This doesn't include people with dual citizenship from Latin America.

Well it is still a drug.

The point is, it is not universally legal in the USA as you appeared to imply.

Stop being ignorant. Weed is not a hard drug, has never been one. Hard drugs are cocaine, meth, Heroine and the likes. Cocaine can never be legalized. It's a foolish and senseless suggestion.
Re: Colombian Drug Gang Violence Kills 60 People by Kdut:
A result of failed government. These groups started out small in the early days because of poverty, inequality, and the violation of human rights but today the government is at their mercy. If things aren't controlled I see Nigeria like this in 30/40 years from now. All the armed militias springing up in every region, the ones used by politicians and governments in the South West, the religious terrorist in the North, the Armed groups of the South East, militants and fake freedom fighters in the South South and kidnapping gangs all over the country not to mention the ever rising established cult gangs. They will definitely grow in numbers and will seek means to restructure in other to be more organised and cater to the needs of their people. This will mean political affiliations will be much more stronger and control of regions and resources will be scrambled for amongst them and the new ones that will be established by then. Sorrow tears and blood awaits. And we all know how wicked and heartless the average Nigerian with a weapon is. All these Colombia and South American gang news will be fairy tales compared to what we will experience by then. Thank God I will be very old and nearing the other side. So I only pity the next generation in advance

You should be more concerned about where Nigeria is heading to in the next few decades or less as things are getting worse by the day. The original intention of these armed groups in Colombia were to combat poverty, inequality, and the violation of human rights all meted out on the poor masses by the corrupt and incompetent government but today look at where they are. In Nigeria we have armed groups who are mostly fighting for nothing but selfish gains and to foster wicked religious beliefs and ideologies on other. Only a handful started out fighting economic injustice, marginalisation, unfair distribution of resources and revenue, and poverty in their land. So imagine what will be the scenery in a few decades from now. The bloodbath will just be a normal occurrence because they will grow and when they do their desires will also grow and to meet up crime will grow, more factions will split out from the originals and power tussle and control for the scarce resources will be normal as chaos will be the order of the day.
