When will Wike start building hospitals in Abuja, when is he going to talk about pipe borne water in a Federal Capital city that less than 10% of its residents connected to pipe borne water and the rest relying on underground water) boreholes and wells? When is Wike preparing to buy and instal electricity transformers qnd transmission lines to upgrade electricity infrastructure. When is he building new school or renovating old ones, when is he stocking up the schools with books, computers, laboratory equipments etc to aid teaching and learning., the questions go on and on. Am saying this because Wike as Governor of Rivers built and commissioned mainly roads and left other critical areas of development unattended. He has started it in Abuja whose number priority seems not to be roads.

Rivers United were prosecuting their home matches in UYO because Amasiameka stadium in PH didn't meet required standard.

Why did his immediate predecessor didn't do or is it bala Mohammed the current governor of bauchi who was FCT minister under Jonathan, that failed also. Only El Rufai did well but Wike has performed better now.

If former Ministers (apart from El Rufai who restored the masterplan, and started the development of new areas by creating mass housing estates,) did half of what Wike is doing, FCT would have developed faster. The rural areas were totally neglected. Wike is addressing that by providing access roads which will help the people.

Of course, he needs to address other issues in due course.

Nigerians are yet to understand that great improvement in education and health care plus basic welfare are much more priorities than the roads all these ministers and governors keep building every year.
