Finally, the networks can begin to reinvest in their infrastructure and improve on service. Most Nigerians don't even understand that the networks have been turning off cell sites because of the price of diesel and have also been sacrificing other aspects of their operations to cut cost. How can the prices of everything else go up and you tell them they can't increase prices? Very unfair and this has led to a lack of new investments in the telecoms sector |

adenigga:The 50% tariff hike will increase costs for phone calls, SMS, and data, directly burdening the common man. With higher communication expenses, disposable income for other essentials shrinks, worsening the financial strain on households. This rise will likely fuel inflation, as businesses may pass on increased operational costs to consumers, raising the prices of goods and services. Additionally, it could push more people toward free messaging platforms, reducing telecom usage and affecting market dynamics. |

This evil administration is just here to kill, steal and destroy. How can one live on the minimum wage and not add crime to it? Yet you're quick to arrest and lock people up for committing crime. How did we get here as a country? |
