They are free to scoop the groundnut oil but they should not sell it. Let them use it for personal consumption. |

High rate of poverty in the Country is a major concern Government should look into... Yet their Governors are interested in the implementation of Hausa as basic learning language... The way OT is far away from the Northerners.... It is well. |

Even if it was fuel, they'll still rush to scoop it. Nigerians are annoyingly stubborn and never learn from past mistakes. |

Look at what poverty has caused in Nigeria. No empathy for the person that suffered loss. |

This is not due to poverty but f00lishness and greed. Its same reason Yahaya Bello would steal N87 billion. If you say its poverty, who would die of hunger if the tanker did not fall? Paragon311: |

Some people are just not worthy to be called human being. After the recent incident in that same state just barely 72 hours, one wouldn't expect any human being, whether sane or insane to even think of going near a fallen tanker again. Just see them, they would do the same if it were to be a fuel tanker. |

I'm sure if it was fuel, they will still go there to scoop despite the incident that happened a few days ago |

The same Niger state o! These same people line the streets to hail their corrupt leaders rather than stoning them. They come en masse to vote for the same retrogressive leaders every election cycle. You prefer to loot and steal from fellow Nigerians working hard to make it in life but support those actually looting your commonwealth. If Kemi talk now, una go dey vex, dey form Patriotism. Just look at what average Nigerians have been reduced to... Opportunistic looters and pillagers. |

This is selfishness and ignorance at the same time, not poverty. Somebody owns and paid for the Oil being scooped and ignorance, not minding contamination with the oil. |
