I agree. If he makes a case that he did it over national security concerns, the conservative judges will agree with him. He can also go the legislative route which I think he'll also get if he strikes a deal with some democrats, but this seems like a faster route.

This is my problem with some Nigerians. How can you be rooting for the fall of the US when your content creators are making money from using their platforms, many of your people are working remotely and earning good pay for companies there, and any opportunity, you'll run there to go establish citizenship, but still you're rooting for their fall. I don't get it.

He can’t get congressional approval.

He needs the approval of the three quarter of the congress to amend the US constitution.
