I believed Tinubu will meet all the request made by the Ogoni people. The presence of Senator Magnus Abe and Senator Lee Maeba is an enough assurance that they will get what they wanted , their presence will also give President Tinubu assurance that he will get the cooperation of the Ogoni people. The South West elites (old generation) are sympathetic to the Ogoni cause and the death of Ken Saro Wiwa. I am very happy that Ledun Mittee is there to represent what Ken Saro Wiwa stood for and died for.

President Tinubu should consider their request and fulfill all the obligations of the Federal Government. As a very young boy, I have friends in many Ogoni villages as at that time I lived at Onne. I was stunned that he didn't emphasize on the FACT that the meeting was really meant to discuss the commencement of crude oil production in Ooni land which had ceased since 1993 during the Ken Saro-Wiwa-led Ogoni crisis against Shell Petroleum and oil spillages that destroyed the Ogoni environment. additional 150k-200k bpd that you will still buy at N1050 per litter and you call it a big win. Oil that is tapped from you backyard is sold at above 1k and you are still clapping for Tinubu. I once told someone that Even if Tinubu pulls out a gun on live Tv and opens fire on someone's entire family, they are still some members of that same Family who will thank his Excellency for killing their Family in a grand style but he doubted me.
