Why should he, must there be a specialist hospital doing organ transplant in every deep village in Nigeria? How many people require such services in a year in such a deep area? Be realistic.

Ike Ekweremadu changed the whole of Awgu and Aninri local government area, crossed into Awgu, crossed into Oji River, even Nkanu people benefitted massively from his numerous projects.
