Homeless woman, she probarbly has no where to live if she leaves prison, she clearly has no bills to pay or might be lonely on her own in her house. Free food in prison, clean bedsheet, warm room, hot shower and so many friends in prison to share smoke with, she can even work in prison. There is nothing outside prison for her.
