Municipal law you said? Lolz. Every state operates like a country on their own. They also have their own supreme courts and laws. The federal laws are supreme but not on certain state issues. For instance, when the federal law ruled on the abortion rights, some states didn't comply while some did. The police who said they'd not comply already know the law before saying so.

Yes, Chicago is in the state of illinois. It's the capital and they're bound by their state's laws. Every police understands what the constitution and the federal law say. You can't say they're ignorant of the law by uttering that statement, can you? Some immigration activists are already filing a lawsuit against trump on this. He can't always have his way. The courts are there to check him and that's the beauty of democracy, unlike what we practice in Nigeria

Chicago is one of the most violent cities in America, with over 20,000 cities in the USA, it ranks number 28 in terms of violent crimes......It would have been a shocker if the police there actually followed the rule of law.......How will the state and local government make money from drugsters, mobsters and gangs?
