This project are good, but this politicians will leave human development that would have positive impact. Road projects are usually inflated to suit the people in office and you won't understand except you are a professional in that field. Why are they all focusing on Road because efcc can not trace any loot to it.

Create an environment for people to thrive in business, give tax incentives and encourage SME, improve the education, provide seeds and fertiliser to farmers that will generate income which can build such roads, schools etc.

That's what people want to see and hear in developed countries and not infrastructure.

Let me educate you small. These is how a city is rated. 1. Economic indicator ( Unemployment rate, Job growth, wage growth, innovation rate, start-up Activity, median household income, upward mobility rate, etc)
2. Public service indicator ( school quality, road quality, public utility rate, ) the list continues.

So that rubbish road out of about 30 indicators, is what you are using to judge. Africans truly are daft
