what concerns my feelings with where someone says he is from or not from?

Igbo are the only tribe in this country that has problems of association. Why should I care if some people say they're not my tribe and I will be dragging them to accept by force or calling them names?

They are attached by force. The reason they couldn't achieve Biafra is because south south is believed in one Nigeria. During the militancy days, igbos were happy for some of our unreasonable youth who were destroyinh pipelines. When Osibanjo met with them and promised of better life and explained the effect of destruction, they obliged and end the militancy for peace. Since that time, any given time, some of them have been insulting us but we don't care about them cos the amnesty was re organized under Buhari and the militants now receive their money and other oil and gas related training. Normally igbos don't have mind on their own. Why they keep on insulting Yorubas was because Yorubas didnt support them in fighting the Northerners those days. They keep calling Yorubas slave not knowing they were smart and they know politically, you need the support of northerners to win presidential election and just they need the support of southerners too.

Wike is bigger than any politicians from the south east currently. Wike is going up and might be the vice president come 2031 to a Northerner. Kenneth okonkwo is not a stable politicians and he is too small for where Wike operates. Even as lawyer, is still junior to Wike. Wike will not reply him cos he is looking for attention. After being Obidients and going to Apc, he thinks they will take him serious. he can't even deliver his polling boot.

Honestly we don’t need such an embarrassment like Wike in our Igbo tribe. Our tribe has been accepted by Israel as one of the 12 tribes of Israel and Israel only considers the citizens of the 5 Igbo states as Igbos. So we are not even allowed to accept Wike.

I have known Ogba kingdom in Rivers State since the military era. The Oba of Ogbaland is a Prominent King in Rivers State and in Nigeria. Over a decade ago and especially about 5 or 4 years ago I am yet to hear the name of the Highly Esteemed Traditional Ruler. Is it that history is being rewritten or the throne has changed title or the Kingdom changed name?

IJAWS are in Ondo State at the Riverine area where Ilaje settled from time immemorial. No Yoruba will feel bad because IJAWS say they are not Yorubas despite that many of them bear Yoruba name. Omoyele Sowore is an Ijaw from Ondo State. It was during Jonathan's era his Bio data shows he is an Ijaw. He mentioned his village, clan and location. He had since removed all that now.

We know our story up till Kwarra and Kogi State.

Mind you, there is a difference between an Ikwerre man from Rivers saying he is not an IBO and someone from Ondo State saying he is not Yoruba. Ondo is a Yoruba State, Rivers State is not an IBO State.

But of course! Anything to ensure your hated enemy, the Igbo, doesn’t produce the president of Nigeria! Bukola Saraki is a Yoruba name, the Yorubas have never for once drag it with him when he claimed to be a northerner. Same thing with Dino Melaye and Smart Adeyemi of the prestigious Okun People from Kogi state, the Yorubas never dragged anything with them. They bear yoruba names, even their culture and ancestral linkage.

The Nagos tribe of Brazil are Yoruba speaking tribe with Yoruba Names, culture and religion. Same thing with the Lukumi tribe of Cuba. I have never seen the Yorubas doing attache by force to any of these groups.

The Igbos said they are descendants of the Jews from Israel, but they were outrightly rejected. You dont know where you are from but you still want to add to your load. If Ikwere says they are not igbos, please let them be and stop claiming history that never existed.

Chief Sunday Awoniyi was once the President of the Arewa Consultative Forum. Awoniyi is a Yoruba name. He was from Kogi state but the Yorubas never dragged it with him.
