I am speaking from my experience working in the corporate america… and I tell you that the number of blacks and Africans like yourself that benefit from DEI and protection from discrimination is the majority compared to LGBTQ that they are less than 1%…
DEI does not mean reducing the hiring standard for blacks, it only means providing equal opportunities for people less represented…
Now you are here celebrating this, when you or any of your relatives could have been a beneficiary of the protection….

You are getting the meaning of equality and diversity wrong. What Trump is promoting is the opposite of equality and diversity. He is saying there should no longer be equality in employment opportunities and that it is no longer compulsory that diverse group from different colour and culture are given opportunities for employment.

He is saying that everyone is given the same opportunity. Under Biden, LGBTQ, and minorities were given an unequal and many times undeserved preference over whites and Asians. Now it will be 100% merit based.

No there’s no risk of hiring people who are unqualified

Your file doesn’t even get to the hiring managers desk unless your resume ticks all the boxes. When all qualified candidates are preselected and presented to the hiring manager, the anti discrimination laws prevent them from discriminating against you for a position you’re qualified for in favor of a white person due to racism.
