All Trump is say is employment and admissions should be merit based. As for the Africans in the US, many of them are very qualified in their vocations. From doctors to nurses, Africans have earn their place in the American society. I am not talking about African Americans oh. Those ones deserve another chapter.

I am speaking from my experience working in the corporate america… and I tell you that the number of blacks and Africans like yourself that benefit from DEI and protection from discrimination is the majority compared to LGBTQ that they are less than 1%…
DEI does not mean reducing the hiring standard for blacks, it only means providing equal opportunities for people less represented…
Now you are here celebrating this, when you or any of your relatives could have been a beneficiary of the protection….

DEI policies were ridiculous. It's basic common sense that any industrialized society must prioritize merit, excellence, and intelligence. For some very odd reasons, proponents of DEI cannot comprehend that merit is not race-based. In fact, it's even racist to think that without DEI, black excellence is not a thing.

If justice can be blind, it's important that opportunities be color-blind and based solely on merit.

You are getting the meaning of equality and diversity wrong. What Trump is promoting is the opposite of equality and diversity. He is saying there should no longer be equality in employment opportunities and that it is no longer compulsory that diverse group from different colour and culture are given opportunities for employment.
