America takes pride in immigration and it's not new to say that when you suceed, they remind the world about the American dream but citizenship by birth tourism is a loophole that people have taken advantage of and it is with dubious intent. Why don't they go to UAE or Netherlands even if these countries give their citizens something? Maybe they should go to Kazakhstan where government gives you money for giving birth but you, they and I know what they are doing. They are taking advantage of the loophole to give their children a chance in life. Do you know that this thing causes problems in some families where some children are born here and others born abroad and sibling rivalry begins

There will always be problems in families, gatherings and association of people. We are social beings and people must quarrel or disagree, how they resolve it is what matters.
Sibling rivalry is often unavoidable in any situation.

However, loopholes like birth tourism that you mentioned can be checked by other means - like being strict with visitors travelling with pregnancy. But once all measures are evaded and the child is birthed in America. That child has every right to be American. The citizen by birth must be given to that child. You can be unhappy with the parents but the child must be recognized as a citizen of America.

United States of America runs a democracy that has been tested over time and is protected with institutions and designed to check and balance situations.

USA president and institutions can't defy the courts, especially the Supreme Court.

There will be severe consequences for such president. It is enough ground for impeachment.
