5 days ago while I was eating, I mistakingly bit myself in the tongue 😝.... I didn't bother Cox i thought it was the usual stuff until 2 days ago, I tried seeing my tongue, the spot that wear bitten..

Guy, I can see the mark of my teeth on my tongue.... Please what can I do to this?

Tongue bit is usually self healing but this is getting too much. Never bit myself like Thai b4..

Please help me ooooo

Use vitamin b complex (riboflavin). You probably lacked vitamins.
Also, eat more fruits to acquire loss of vitamins. Lastly go for check up in the hospital.

You sure say u no bite your tongue while eating?
If not, go to a competent medical centre for check up/test

Modified: na you bite yourself, normally e suppose heal by itself. If doesn't, go to a pharmacy & get drug

you lack vitamin c....you should have immediately bought vitamin c when that biting happened.but the deed has been done.

Go and buy it and start licking it

It will heal with time.

Hope you didn't bite it more while sleeping like I do.

Possible sign of folate deficiency. Take folate or folic regularly to help the would heal abeg! You may also want to get yourself you begin taking vitamin supplements regularly from this point on as you don't know what else it is your body may also be missing if you are this deprived on folate.
