FEDERAL FIRE SERVICE

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire And Immigration Services Board, CDCFIB, approaches final conclusive stages of documentation and verification exercises for the existing recruitment process into the Federal Fire Service in the coming week for candidates across all zonal formations ahead of the required general intense and complete continuous training.

Candidates with existing and new invitations from 13th to 19th, January 2024 and fresh extensions for documentation are expected to comply with the stated directives, including date and time of their exercise.

It is important to note that only candidates who has passed through the necessary screening and verification stages are eligible for collection and award of appointment letters, and same applies for Training.

False documents, ranging from credentials including incorrect date of birth that does not correspond with informations presented at the time of application will be treated with severe punishment including immediate arrest and detention of such candidates.

FEDERAL FIRE SERVICE ZONE F RECRUITMENT INDUCTION TRAINING AND CONTINUOUS TRAINING

The Zone F Command gets set for intensive continuous training following a successful induction of successful candidates after scaling through a successful Screening phase across designated centers of the federal fire service for the ongoing general recruitment into the Federal Fire Service (FFS) in this service year. It is not worthy that outstanding candidates were further invited for documentation and medical examinations, psychometric evaluations also followed suite and each process saw candidates get eliminated at the various stages

What training are you guys talking about? Training they started 5 months ago and they concluded this month February.

I have a neighbour who has exhausted his money going for the training for the past 5 months and awaiting posting.

Pls I don't understand the training dat is being said here cos I was told dat after documentation and appointment Letter collection dat the camp for training will fellow suite for 2-3 months so pls dat us be mindful on hw we carry information dat can't be misleading.

But although I get information dat training have commenced for dose dat did their verification but I am still waiting to do my documentation as my contact av assured me to wait but I don't know the method den wan do maybe it is batch by batch.

That's not true. Invitation for Documentation started in December 2024 and those who did documentation are currently undergoing induction.

My contact just called and said dat it is cos of the change of the secretary to the board of cdcfib dat is causing delay of receiving appointment Letter and dat the want to let the man settle cos he will be the one to sign dat appointment on behalf of the presidency and dat update will fellow suite so be on the lookout don't let anyone feed you with cock and bull story saying training started 5 months ago be Informed house.

FFS: RECRUITMENT DOCUMENTATION, ISSUANCE OF APPOINTMENT LETTER FOR FEDERAL FIRE SERVICE

Subsequent to applications for recruitment into the Federal Fire Service (FFS) and successful Psychometric evaluation and assessments of candidates on invitations for screening, The Board and service continues documentation, medicals and issuance of appointment letter for undocumented candidates at Federal Secretariat and other specified centers across zonal headquarters from 25th February, 2025.

Candidates with invitations are expected to present themselves before officials of the Board and Service, while advised to adhere strictly to Time & Date

This Fire Service recruitment from day one has been shrouded in secrecy and corruption. For an agency that is almost useless to the country, they ought to carry out their activities with little swagger.

How can they change the day of a process multiple times? I can bet my life that this latest change of date is for more manipulations and corruption to take place in the recruitment process.

Other than just salary, I won't even be happy or proud that I work for such a docile institution.

Please be informed that the previously announced documentation date for the Federal Fire Service has been rescheduled to April due to administrative reasons, and to ensure smooth process, considering the upcoming holidays.

Immediate dispersal of sms and mail notification will be issued to eligible candidates, which would carry rescheduled DATE and TIME.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
