We are not in a socialist settings.

Government has failed, in a lot of things, but one thing government should never get involved is, is price control, it kills productivity and competition.
Why should someone stress himself, go to farm, farm cassava, peel it , process it and government should have influence in the price or any other commodity at all.
What will be the motivation for manufacturing if not profits.
When people see how profitable a venture is , more people will enter it and competition, will bring the price down.

Government job is to monitor that the are doing the right thing, tax them and sanction them if they offend.

This your analogy is incoherent, the main issue responsible for price increase is inflation, govt has every responsibility to drive inflation figures down by good policy reforms, unfortunately the reforms introduced were not properly work out, see the resultant effects on all goods and services.

What led to inflation, removing of subsidy and floating the dollar.

For me we are not in any inflation, we are in our real state of how things should be.

Our consumption has always been higher than our production, we have been eating our self into deficit.
We import almost everything, borrowing to supplement a lifestyle above our reach.
Subsidising for laziness.
Thankfully this has been reduced.

Now it's either evolve or go extinct.

If security and abuse of power can be dealt with then we are good to go.

I realised long ago that Government was not my father and have since gotten peace of mind.
No body was born a leader, if you feel anybody is not doing well, aspire that position and correct those peoples wrong, that is how you effect change.
I became self conscious babangidas era, I have witnessed successive governments, each condemning the last one, and everyone always said, the last one was better.
This shows that the problem is not the government, but the expectations from the government.

Southern Kaduna has more local governments than Northern Kaduna. The Minority tag stems from the different Ethnic groups making up the Zone unlike Northern Kaduna that's predominantly Hausa.

Of the 23 LGA in Kaduna state only 7 are southern Kaduna senatorial district. When we look at indigenous ethnicity or religion, the minorities control not more than 7 out of 23., and the largest or more populated LGA are not in southern Kaduna . Let us speak facts when in public fora.

Southern kaduna starts from the river Kaduna bridge in kaduna town all the way to the states boundary with Plateau/Nassarawa States.
