Maybe an unpopular opinion, but from what I saw with my korokoro eyes I will say "Just show up!". Many may mock you but you can't change the past.

What I saw: A previously broke classmate is now sitting comfortably with big boys just by always showing up for his class events and helping with running around. Unknown to him, two ex-classmates (one US-based and one Abuja odogwu) have been observing him for a few years and working behind the scene to uplift him. He never ask anybody for money, no smart ass scheming, just a straight forward guy. The guy is mega now just 6 months into his first contract. True life and very recent story.

Love this...they recognised a clean heart, which is rare like 4 yolk egg in naija

For Eto to stop and greet him properly when he called him means that Eto was not 16 years old when they first met. He was about 20 to 25.
