All mtn airtime, data purchase in Nigeria is under Lagos. Someone that lives in Aba making use of mtn phone line is having his VAT recorded under Lagos because MTN headquarters is in Lagos.

Break it down properly it is Lagos that has 96% of the VAT contribution. Stop all this grandstanding.

When we tell them that what brings economic growth to a region is its human capital and not access to the sea port. They'll say, "Just give us a seaport like Lagos and see what we will do." Now statistics have shown that Kano state, which has no single seaport , is doing even better than some states that have access to the ports.
