You break in, destroy properties and find no criminal. Will you repair what you have damaged? No! You leave like criminals because you are one. Criminals do not fix a damage they have done. |

Imagine this: you're relaxing at home over the weekend when you receive a report that uniformed men are breaking into your office. Or perhaps you're at work on a weekday, only to hear that uniformed strangers are invading your home in your absence. If this becomes acceptable, what's next? They’ll be legally empowered to seize something else from you—no explanation, no compensation, no accountability. This doesn't happen in any sane society. This is highest degree of madness. |

God knows I will gun down any police man that trespasses into my property. I have no problem with your questions, as long as you come in legitimately with your warrant. But if your motive is to break into my home with the intention of stealing and causing bodily harm, God knows I will send you to your maker. Illiteracy and poverty is really dealing with the citizens, that's why they don't know their rights. |

You break into my house, you use your face to stop a bullet. Mind you I didn't shoot at you. I only sent a bullet down a straight path. You unfortunately just choose to drag right of way with the bullet. |

All the cowards above bragging about gunning down any policeman that enters your residence, hope you are all ready to die too. Please make sure you have a will ready, very few live after gunning down law enforcement agents |

Nigeria has a general constitution but people forget that the forces in itself also have their own constitution especially when handling criminal matters. If many of you take your time to always watch the American FBI files or some documentaries you will understand these forces operation much better. There are clear instances that does not require the warrant and court orders although the suspect when caught by any forceful means can be released within a specific time if there was no sustainable evidence as at the time of arrest. But then if the forces are convinced the suspect is the criminal they need, then they begin to gather the necessary evidence needed for conviction before they go back for rearrest. Nigeria is no different just that the population are not so educated about most of these things unlike more developed countries. |

Una emotions nor dey allow una reason properly. If ur daughter had been kidnapped and you receive a tip off that she's held up in a particular location (on a Friday night), and the only way of getting a warrant is to wait till Monday, what would be your expectation? That the police wait till Monday b4 they step in to rescue her?? Una hatred/bitterness don chop una prefrontal cortex finish. ![]() EmmyDJourno: MasterJayJay: |
