God day to you all. I need a mini flat (room and parlor self con) in Lagos, Mainland. I need it anywhere in these areas... Egbeda, Akowonjo, Igando, Gowon Estate, Ipaja, Ejigbo, Orisunbare... and environs close to the areas mentioned.

My annual budget for rent is 800k.

Criteria for the Miniflat...

1. It should have a compound to park car

2. It should have a personal prepaid meter

3. It should be a new building, or renovated

The house I got wasn't new though...but it had every other thing I was looking for, like personal prepaid meter, and compound for paring. The annual rent is 850k, and it's a 2 bedroom.

I'm kind of like a family man, so that won't be possible.

About the agent number, maybe you can send me PM so I can then give you an agent's number. But I must say, I used a total of 5 agents during this house hunt and it took me 4 weeks to finally get an apartment. I spent like a total of 100k on agent fees and transportation.
