OP just tell him to go to any government hospital to see the doctor, explain to the doctor and ask for a test. The doctor sef will even suggest for a test for you after hearing your complains.. In the main time, go to the chemist and get bacteria and fungi tablets to swallow and the cream to rub in his penis so that he will not scratch that thing off and injure it, damaging his manhood!
