FreeStuffsNG:We will like to have all the data of how much oil and gas that you scooped from the whole igbo speaking communities of the former Eastern Nigeria, and how much of that ended up in allocations for Lagos and Oyo. Ofcourse from independent sources. You know why? We want you to keep your VAT, while we keep our oil and gas earnings! Deal? |

ariesbull:Going forward the agitation will focus on total resource control. All earnings must reside with the states or regions. And all seaports must be given equal opportunities. Take away earnings feom Lagos porta, the loquacious southwest contribute ls zilch to Nigerias revenues coffers and they're desperately trying to gaslight and blackmail the east. |

That doesn't change the fact that Niger Delta oil is what is sustaining the Nigeria economy making up over 70% of Budget revenue and 95% of foreign Exchange revenue. Is anyone surprised why the yoruba people suddenly started shouting about VAT and the North suddenly shouting about how they're feeding the nation when Niger Delta is the one feeding everyone? Niger Delta has been conquered. Shame on Tompolo, Asari Dokubo and the rest stomach infrastructure militants. They caused this |

How much was taken from Imo, Abia and Anambra oil and gas? Don't be mischievous, tell the whole story. Lagos wants to keep their vat despite being built with coal and oil money from Enugu and other states. The north has kept it's gold, now Lagos wants to keep the country's collective vat. Remember, once this vat succeeds, full resource control will be pushed and activated. You cannot keep the nation's collective vat, turn around to also take the natural resources from ss and se. |

Then let southwest declare Oduduwa Republic to stop association with the southeast. Bayo Onanuga propaganda is wining up Agbadorians. Southeast and southsouth contribute the crude oyel and gas that fuel the economy to create VAT; Bayo Onanuga would not tell Agbadorians this. |

Why didn't they also add the revenues from mining, oil and gas the south east generates daily? I don't take all these their vat gibberish serious. |

FreeStuffsNG:Return to good school. . Southeast and southsouth hold the economy of Nigeria. Your region refused to give up to crude oyel and gas deposits from the southeast and southsouth regions. Why? If you take southeast and southsouth out of Nigeria, the economy of the sw and northern region will be worse than those of Niger and Mali. You are a semi-illiterate in Economics. |
