Also there are seven bad habits that signals a decline in maintenance culture in lagos!

1)Destruction of public utilities
2)Theft of Government infrastructure
3)Abuse of public goods and services
4) conversion of public utilities into private and individual use
5)non-accountability and monitoring reports on projects by the people to government and vice versa
6)High cost of things that warrants use of substandard and cheap methods of goods and services

The nigeria police force is the real problem dude. The efcc is a department under the police force ordinarily, if the police where doing their actual jobs investigating crime in public offices, corrupt politicians and judges should be in jail, but unfortunately they rather be partners in crime.

When? What year? I doubt it's this year. Also, the stench of urine at Iyana Ipaja Park is horrible. Parks should have a place where people can use the restroom and pay maybe N20 or N50. Not building a restroom in a park that gives you billions evey year is criminal. The park chairmen should be held accountable
