Jagaban whose country continues to beg the US for aid? Since 2003 or so, the USAID has been major sponsors of anti-retroviral medications for PLHIV in Nigeria and other African societies. The US is also involved in providing care for Nigerians living with tuberculosis. There are many other instances.

Most of these things you listed had been in the pipeline before Trump became president
1. Ceasefire negotiation had been on between Hamas and Israel since last year.
2. Russia was prolongithe resistance in Syria by supporting Asaad. After disposing Asaad it's only natural for the new government to dismantle every trace of Russian presence

That's not really caving though, he just said he wanted his citizens to be treated with dignity and respect so they shouldn't be brought back in military jets like criminals. So unless he allowed US military jets to transport his people back to Colombia, it is not really caving. Trump wants to rule America like Tinubu is doing here, with propaganda and declaring everything as wins
