Popular content creator Maraji has voiced her strong disapproval of singer 2Baba’s decision to publicly announce his separation and divorce from actress Annie Idibia. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

Taking to her Instagram story on Monday, Maraji expressed disappointment in what she described as a “nonchalant and inconsiderate” act by the music icon. She criticized 2Baba for publicly discussing his divorce, labeling the move unnecessary and berating, especially given how Annie has been subjected to online trolling since the announcement.

“His marriage was never the foundation of his social media presence, so making a video to announce its end was totally unnecessary,” Maraji wrote. She added that the public revelation lacked empathy, stating, “Knowing how she is currently being dragged, he could have just kept it off social media and let the woman heal in peace.”

Despite her disappointment with 2Baba’s actions, Maraji commended Annie for her strength, expressing relief that the actress is now free to focus on herself and begin her healing journey. “I’m glad Annie can now find herself and heal quickly,” she noted.

First off, does Maraji still create content? I haven't seen her create any content in a few minutes but that's by the way.

I think people who are upset about this are primarily upset that Tuface seems to be the one leaving his partner and not the other way round. Considering how Tuface has been with Annie in terms of infidelity, everyone would have had other opinions if Annies was the one who announced that she has had enough and she is leaving.

But Tuface? People feel that for Annie to have gone through all that drama, baby mama drama, cheating, public humiliation and still get "dumped" Tuface must be wrong.

Anyway, may they both find healing and a way to move on from this.

I really don't know when walking out of relationship/marriage became a sin. Just because we judge by their social media presence of lifestyle, we feel everything is OK with them. People are going through a lot with their partners. It's still better than violence that may claim their lives.
