All these rubbish sensational news . There are over 4500 polling units in Edo, how does verbally refuting the results in over 300 unit account for damning evidence . The witness was a PDP witness, so I don’t expect less. APC too will bring their evidence. I hate listening to these kinds of beer parlor analysis of political court cases. I will only take the final court judgement.

I laugh in Yoruba style anytime I see Edo state governorship election post here because the fellow who is behind the write up is a ln ati APC definitely you can never see any good comments in support of the ruling party.
Edo governorship election was conducted and announced with any foul play. All these abracadabra posts can't stop the ruling in favour of the APC that convincingly won the election. I wouldn't be surprised if another post comes up that LP party governorship candidate actually won the election

oga, how many times do we have to conduct elections for you to know that uploading or failure to upload does not matter. Irev is a viewing portal, it is not evidence of rigging because it is not used to collate results. The only evidence that can upturn an election or prove rigging is forms EC8 and BVAS accreditation data. everything else is just noise o just like Obi at the election tribunal.

Hope you and casualobserver didn't read other news than this? The star witness was talking about serialization of the sensitive material which was required by law but INEC jettisoned that. It was even the respondent that made mentioned of uploaded results and not the star witness and the star witness placed the respondent lawyer where he belongs by letting him know that he quoted wrong figure and he gave him the accurate figure of results uploaded without any further issue on it.

You guys be better be reading well and stop disgracing the hard earned education your parents expended to make you who you are today.
For the avoidance of doubt, here below is the full conversation as written on this thread.

"Edo Governorship Election Tribunal in Abuja witnessed intense drama today as a star witness for the PDP laid bare the irregularities in INEC’s declaration of Monday Okpebholo as governor.

Citing section 2.3.6 of INEC’s Manual for Election Officials, the expert highlighted that INEC’s failure to record the serial numbers of sensitive election materials in Form EC25B violated its own regulations. This rendered results from 320 polling units invalid.

Under relentless cross-examination, the witness calmly turned the tables on respondents’ counsels. When APC’s lawyer falsely claimed INEC uploaded all polling unit results to the IReV portal, the witness responded, “That is patently false, my Lord. INEC uploaded only 4,466 of 4,519 polling unit results, failing to upload 53. Your statement is incorrect.”

As respondents attempted to discredit the witness for not being physically present at polling units, he swiftly retorted: “My Lord, counsel earlier referenced 16 agent polling unit results, noting that 3 were not stamped. Counsel wasn’t at any polling unit either, yet his review revealed inconsistencies. Similarly, my findings are based on a forensic examination of documents, which clearly show over-voting, unfilled mandatory forms, and improperly collated results in 765 polling units.”
