Please don’t mind my errors. So I started masturbating in 2016. On this particular day I was watching a porn video and I just found myself masturbating. Since then I have been battling to let go this bad addiction but I still find myself doing it. Sometimes I will stay off for months.

I think the highest I stayed off masturbation was 8 months. Then somehow I found myself getting caught up in the despicable act again. Now masturbation has affected my pen!s. I can’t even keep a relationship anymore.

I’m in my late 20s now. I know most people will say it’s a psychological thing but excessive porn induced masturbation for over 6 years without normal intimacy with a female can destroy the pen!s. This is my own case. I have also carried out extensive research on this.

I’m afraid if I continue like this I may never have a relationship that will lead to marriage. I can’t have a relationship when I’m a 2 seconds man.
