I'm telling you the dynamics and unspoken rules of football. Every manager looks into these little details and in some clubs there are even strict written rules around these things. It's not debatable. A player who has a reputation for being a party boy will be seen as unprofessional, and it will harm his chances of playing at the highest level. And if you are an outsider like an African it will be much worse.

The 6 mn a year extension at Bayer Leverkusen only applied in year 2029 which I mentioned. He was locked in at 2 million Euro since last year and was in effect until the year 2028 before Arab money came to rescue him from the bad contract he signed.

That's not possible. A contract extension by default comes with an immediate pay raise, and I have never seen such a contract that promises a pay raise only in the last year. And this is in tandem with what all sources are saying.
